Stay rules and regulations

  1. only properly checked in client can stay in the hostel. That is why each guest submits his passport or travel document or ID card immediately after arrival. Each guest gets his stay document after check in.
  2. The checked in guest has to show his stay document to the hostel staff when he comes into the hostel
  3. Under special circumstances our hostel can offer different accommodation then was reserved to the client if it is not essentially different from the reservation.
  4. On the ground of confirmed reservation the hostel has to accommodate the client from 12.00 to 20.00 – the room is reserved for the client till this time, if nothing else was declared by the reservation form.
  5. Our hostel is responsible for property damage only if these things were given to the staff to keep them.
  6. If the client wants to make his stay longer, the staff of the hostel can offer him different room from the room he stayed in during his stay.
  7. Hostel is responsible for money, jewels and other valuables without any limits only if they were given to the staff to keep them or if they were damaged as a result of a mistake of the staff.
  8. the right to compensatory damages must be done without any delays in the hostel, at last on the last day of the stay in the hostel
  9. the client uses his room for agreed time. If the time of his stay was not agreed in advance, the client has to check out his stay at least till 10.00 am of the last day and he has to leave his room till this time. If he does not so, he can be charged for another day. If this room had been already reserved and the guest does not leave it or does not follow the order to leave the room or is not present at the hostel, the hostel is entitled to list the guest´s things – two employers of the hostel must be present at the same time – and store them in safe place. So the client who had reserved this room could use it.
  10. no furniture can be moved in rooms and halls of the hostel nor any changes in electricity or other networks can be done.
  11. in the area of the hostel and especially in the rooms it is not allowed to use guests´own electric devices – it does not include electric devices for personal hygiene condition ( shavers, hair dryers, massage devices ……)
  12. for guests´ visitors dayrooms are available. The visitors can visit hostel guests only with the agreement of the hostel staff. Visitors have to sign the book of visitors and they can visit hostel guests only from 8.00 to 22.00.
  13. if the client is ill or injured the hostel staff can arrange medical care or transport to the hospital.
  14. clients have to close water taps in the bathroom, switch off the lights in the rooms and lock the door when they leave.
  15. it is not recommended to leave children under 10 years without control of adults in the hostel or its rooms because of safe risks.
  16. dogs and other animals can be accommodated in the hostel only with the agreement of hostel staff. The owner of the animal must prove its healthy conditions. There is negotiated price for the animal in the hostel.
  17. there are silent hours between 22.00 – 7.00, guests do not disturb each other. In case that the client does not obey the requirements of hostel staff, his stay can be finished without any compensation.
  18. the client has to pay for accommodation and other services according to actual price list at check in if it is not paid in advance on bank account.
  19. guests´ complains and proposal improvements of our hostel are accepted by hostel management.
  20. in case that hostel furniture is damaged by the guest it is compensated by the guest if he does not prove he did not cause it.
  21. the guest has to observe above mentioned rules and regulations. If he does not oberve them, the hostel can breach the contract of accommodation before the end of agreed time period.

Kolbenka has the capacity of 115 beds, there are 1 – 4 beds room and two 5 beds rooms. All the rooms have their own sanitary facility and TV, half of the rooms have the fridge.
