Cancellation charge
Deposit for accommodation up to 50% of the total price of the reservation paid on the bank account is required if the price is from 5 000, – to 10 000, – Kč. The rest is paid only in cash at the reception of the hostel after arrival.
The whole price of the reservation paid on the bank account is required if the total price is more then 10 000,– Kč.
If the guest cancels the stay in:
- Cancellation 23 – 30 days before arrival –30 % from the price of accommodation
- Cancellation 15 – 22 days before arrival – 50 % from the price of accommodation
- Cancellation 10 – 14 – days before arrival 70 % from the price of accommodation
- Cancellation 5 – 9 days before arrival – 90 % from the price of accommodation
- Cancellation less than 5 days before arrival – 100% from the price of accommodation
Changes of the reservation means less persons, days or rooms.
Changes of reservation are possible 14 days before arrival without any Charles, but it cannot be more than 10% of the total Changes made less than 14 days before arrival does not influence the total price.
Cancellation of reservation must be done in written (e-mail) and our reception sends the confirmation back in the same way. If cancellation fees are less than already paid deposit, the rest is send back to the clients. The client has no right to get his payment back or its part in case of cancellation of accommodation after check in or if the client wants to make the accommodation shorter after check in.
The client has right to get back 50% of the price of accommodation which he did not spend – after above mentioned 5days. The stay must be finished till 10.00 am. It is a next day after this time and it is not possible to include it to the discount!
The client can get compensation – he can choose another time for his stay and he reserves this time min. a week before. The confirmation will be sent in written (e-mail) back to the client. The client gets a confirmation of the compensation which is valid for 3 months from the date when it was issued. The management of the hostel can decide, case by case, that the validity of the confirmation could be longer. But there is no title for it.
